Japan produces over 300 brands of Wagyu beef, each with unique qualities and characteristics. NIKUYA YAKINIKU uses Miyazaki Beef from the Miyazaki Prefecture and also from Kagoshima as well. Others like Kobe Wagyu and Yonezawa Wagyu might be coming up soon!
